To accelerate the success of our tenants, Kadans offers the support of Ecosystem Managers.
Kadans’ Ecosystem Managers are at the centre of Kadans’ community.
Through their expertise in several areas such as life sciences, tech, agri-food, energy and entrepreneurship, our ecosystem managers understand the businesses of our tenants and therefore able to support in solving several challenges our tenants deal with during their growth and innovation processes. Thanks to the frequent contact our ecosystem managers have with tenants and several ecosystem partners, they can easily establish meaningful connections. In their role, they actively stimulate and initiate knowledge sharing and collaboration among tenants either on local level or within in the European network of Kadans consisting of a community of 500+ tenants and several ecosystem partners in 25 science clusters, as well as with many other organizations in the direct surrounding.
